Back in 2018, only 6 months after he started to paste up on the streets, we discovered the detailed artwork of the artist C+S street art in the 19th district of Paris. We really enjoyed the fact that he uses stencils on a mix and match of stamps as a background. And not only because I (Sandrine) worked in the digital team of the French Post-Office but because we found it a great idea with a really nice effect 🙂
